Housed in REZlink's corporate office in St. Petersburg, Florida, our call center is equipped with state of the art equipment and technology. The call center is managed and staffed with professional hotel reservation agents seven days a week, twenty hours a day. REZlink’s call center can process both private label voice reservations or just handle over flow and after hours calls.

Our comprehensive reporting and tracking technology allows reports such as:
