Description:

We have immediate openings for Reservation Agents to serve the travel industry including car rental reservations, airport parking reservations, and lodging accommodations.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Call Center Agents are responsible in assisting customers through our 800 phone lines with the process of reserving a car rental, airport parking space, or lodging accommodation.

Qualified individuals should:

• Be enthusiastic with excellent phone and customer service skills
• Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Be capable of multitasking
• Ready and willing to learn
